This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of SavaState and applies to every user, creator, and merchant. Monetization on the platform is a privilege, not a right.

Prohibited monetization

You may not earn money, solicit payments, sell access, offer subscriptions, tips, paid live sessions, shop listings, Stripe Connect products, or any other compensated feature through SavaState if your content or service falls into the categories below. This prohibition applies whether content is public, private, subscriber-only, or paywalled.

1. Adult content and services

Monetization of adult content and services is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts.
  • Subscriber-only or paywalled nude images, videos, or audio.
  • Adult audio/video live chat, erotic live streams, or sexual-gratification services.
  • Escorting, prostitution, dating-for-pay, matchmaking for sexual purposes, or similar services.
  • Pornography, sexually explicit material, or services whose primary purpose is sexual arousal.

2. Intellectual property and proprietary rights

Monetization of content that infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights is prohibited, including:

  • Copyright-infringing content (for example, leaked music albums, unauthorized film or TV rips, or unlicensed re-uploads sold or gated behind payment).
  • Trademark misuse, counterfeit goods, or misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • Content you do not have the legal right to distribute or commercialize.

Rights holders may report infringement via our DMCA / Copyright Policy or Safety & Reporting process.

3. Violent extremism

Monetization of violent extremist content is prohibited. This includes content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal of content.
  • Suspension or permanent termination of monetization (shop, payouts, subscriptions, and paid features).
  • Account suspension or permanent ban.
  • Reporting to law enforcement or rights holders where required by law.
